The popemobile is a Ford Ranger XLT pickup truck donated by the Panamanian company, Distribuidora David, It is consisting of a double cabin, and automatic transmission, with all the specifications requested by the Vatican for the Pope's safety and comfort Francisco.
The car has an escalator, swivel chair 360 degrees, railings for better support and sustainability of the Pope while standing, and a window in the rear of the main cabin to better communicate with the driver, according to organizers.
