Trump launches new immigration plan

This Thursday, The president of United States, Donald Trump announced a comprehensive plan to reform the border security and immigration.

In his speech he called for changes that favor the educated young immigrants rather than those with family ties with the United States.

The measure requires that the old rules of family-focused immigration for based on points that favor highly skilled and economically self-sufficient immigrants to learn English and pass a civics test system replaced.

“We are proposing an immigration plan to put jobs first, wages and security of American workers”, he claimed.

US President said that the newly submitted plan “transform the immigration system of the United States in the pride of our nation and the envy of the modern world”.

He also noted that his bill will bring together unaccompanied children with their families at home.

Trump also announced plans to replace “green cards” with a new “Visa Build America”.

He described the new immigration selection system, which would include a points-based scheme. “You'll get more points for being a younger worker, which it means that contribute more to our social safety net. You'll get more points for having a valuable skill and a job offer and advanced education or plan to create jobs”, argument.
