Seven presidents participate in World Youth Day in Panama

At least 7 leaders are scheduled to attend the last Mass that the Pope will officiate Francisco, during the World Youth Day to be held in Panama, Panamanian Deputy Foreign Minister informed, Luis Miguel Hincapie.

The presidents, Jimmy Morales of Guatemala, Juan Orlando Hernandez of Honduras, Salvador Sanchez Ceren in El Salvador, Carlos Alvarado from Costa Rica, Ivan Duque of Colombia, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa of Portugal, and the host, Juan Carlos Varela of Panama, will attend the Mass the day 27 from January, which will take place at the Estadio Rommel Fernandez.

"Central American presidents were invited, because WYD is a journey of the region to be held in Panama ", said Hincapié.

According to the Panamanian Foreign Ministry, no scheduled agenda of bilateral meetings between the presidents, as they arrive on Saturday night and Sunday will be removed.

Pope Francis will visit Panama from 23 al 27 from January, to participate in the largest youth event worldwide.
