Palacios, Once he made a stopover in Panama, he was approached and informed that there was an arrest warrant issued by the United States.. "The citizen stated that he was willing to travel voluntarily.
Coordination was made to send it to the United States, where he will be submitted to the justice of that country ", said in a statement the National Migration Service.
The Colombian citizen was captured in Jamaica on 21 October and was a fugitive from justice since 7 of July, assassination day.
Although several Haitians, two americans and ones 15 Colombians accused of participating in Moise's murder were incarcerated in the Port-au-Prince prison since the summer, the investigation into the assassination does not seem to advance.
