Lawyers aspiring to be Notaries fail CSJ exam, the average grade was 4.5

The Savior – A total of 7118 lawyers registered to take the Notarial Sufficiency test to be authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ) and practice this specialty in the Salvadoran territory.

The test that was performed on 4 Y 5 December in three assigned venues and virtually, Most applicants failed to pass the minimum grade of 7, On average, the overall grade was 4.5 according to the results revealed this Sunday night by the CSJ.

Despite the flexibility in the changes, the time prior to preparing and conducting the test, the results denote a bad note by legal professionals, published in an official statement the Supreme Court of Justice.

These results reveal that it remains as an average grade 4.5, which is equivalent to those reported previously. This despite the fact that this year the exam had two changes: the first that would be carried out virtually and the second that the minimum approval grade was established in 7.

The Supreme Court of Justice generated the necessary conditions such as training and four mock exams; but nevertheless, the applicants did not follow the recommendations required as necessary equipment and compliance with the standards established in agreement 22-P, according to the assessment of the CSJ.
