Prosecutors ask for death penalty attacker Texas

At a press conference District Attorney, Jaime Esparza said the death penalty for Patrick Wood Crusius be asked, of 22 years, suspect in the mass shooting occurred in El Paso, Texas, United States and killed 20 people.

"I can tell from the beginning that the State is the capital murder and he is eligible for the death penalty", Esparza said, restating: "We will ask for the death penalty".

Authorities believe that this is a hate crime, since Crusius had written a manifesto criticizing "the Hispanic invasion of Texas". The document was posted on the Internet.

During the attack, there were over 3 thousand people in place because many purchases performed prior to start of classes.

Crusius traveled from Allen, place of residence, exclusively to commit the crime. At the time of capture he showed no resistance.
