Former head of the Guatemalan presidential cabinet on the US corruption list

Gustavo Adolfo Alejos Cambara, former head of the presidential cabinet of the government of Guatemala, was included in the list of corruption of the United States by the State Department of the country. The announcement was made by Secretary Mike Pompeo, Monday.

“I am announcing the public appointment of former Guatemalan presidential chief of staff Gustavo Adolfo Alejos Cambara of Guatemala due to his involvement in significant corruption”, said Pompeo, in an official statement from the State Department.
