US seeks to repatriate its citizens stranded by coronavirus

United States is betting on the repatriation of its citizens who are stranded in other countries due to the crisis of coronavirus. According to data from the State Department, until last Tuesday, 9,000 Americans were returned from different parts of the world.

“It is very important for the United States, It is very important for the Government of the United States we have good cooperation with other countries to repatriate our citizens and citizens”, said a senior official of the State Department at a conference in Washington DC.

According to administration officials Trump, the State Department is working on a plan to return to more citizens, coordinating charter flights in different countries.
