Spain will receive 1,3 million childhood vaccines in December and others 2 million vaccines in January, which would represent the possibility of vaccinating with the first dose of the two necessary to the 3,3 million children in Spain in the strip of 5 a 12 years.

This has been notified by the Minister of Health, Carolina Darias from Brussels where she is at a meeting that the European Health Ministers meet.

It is being studied where the doses could be applied to the little ones, is raised in health centers, in mass vaccination centers or in schools, but they still can't specify it.

The first dose is scheduled to be formally inoculated from the 15 from December, specifically it is the Comirnaty infant vaccine (by Pfizer) as said by Minister Darias.

Regarding the second dose, have decided that the interval of inoculation of the second dose is to 8 weeks, to help increase the immune response.
