Supreme Court of El Salvador revoked parole magistrate prosecuted for sexual assault

The Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of El Salvador revoked probation magistrate Third Chamber of the Civil, Eduardo Jaime Escalante, who he is accused of sexually assaulting a minor in February this year, as he reported by the Attorney General of the Republic.

The measure means that Escalante will be prosecuted in prison.

The benefit of alternative measures was granted by the First Criminal Chamber determined in March that there was no danger of flight.

On that occasion he was imposed a bail of 10 thousand dollars and was given a period of 90 days for research.

Escalante had assaulted a girl 10 Altavista years in Ilopango in San Salvador colony.
