Looking to contest, Former President Donald Trump signed a provision that annulled the obligation to pay a tax penalty for those who did not purchase health insurance.
This law was approved by former President Obama when Joe Biden was vice president of the nation.; since then, Republicans have repeatedly tried to contradict.
Javier Becerra, Secretary of Health and Human Services said that "now we know that we survive and now we will build".
