Supreme Court rescues Obama Care

U.S – At least some 30 millions of citizens will continue to be covered with the health plan known as Obama Care, after the Supreme Court of the United States resolved a lawsuit filed against the health program created by former President Barack Obama.

"Plaintiffs - Republican Representatives- they lack standing to challenge the minimum essential coverage provision of the patient protection and low-cost health care law ", According to the official report.

Looking to contest, Former President Donald Trump signed a provision that annulled the obligation to pay a tax penalty for those who did not purchase health insurance.

This law was approved by former President Obama when Joe Biden was vice president of the nation.; since then, Republicans have repeatedly tried to contradict.

Javier Becerra, Secretary of Health and Human Services said that "now we know that we survive and now we will build".

Seven of the nine judges that make up the Supreme Court, They said yes to the health program that is here to stay after legal disputes between Republicans and Democrats.
