U.S – At least 10 people have died and three injured during a shooting at a supermarket in the city of Buffalo, in the state of New York, in the northern United States, as reported this Saturday.
The main suspect is a young man from 18 years that, to 14.30 hours (local time), drove to Buffalo and came to a supermarket “very heavily armed”, broadcasting live what he was about to do, as confirmed by police sources and reports from international news networks.
After shooting four people in the supermarket parking lot, the young man entered the store and managed to shoot down a security guard and then continue shooting more people inside. Shortly after, several Buffalo Police officers managed to arrest him and take him to the police station.
The agent in charge of the FBI Buffalo Office, Stephen Belongia, has assured that the shooting is being investigated as a hate crime, well 11 of the 13 people who have been shot were black.
